Ideally with a food production background / experience

Based in Aldridge, Walsall location
Duties of a Quality Controller
- Assisting the Quality Manager with day to day duties
- Ensuring all paperwork is compliant
- Keep up to date with all compliance
- Overseeing all quality checks
- Arranging all microbiological and chemical testing
Experience of a Quality Controller
- Familiar with glass and plastic checks
- Digital checks
- Meat / food background ideally
