Job responsibility/Scope :
1.Leads, develops, and executes the marketing strategies and plans for assigned product platform.
2.Leads business planning sessions, drive marketing initiatives and manage resources of marketingprojects.
3.Leads the new product innovation planning and execution, including launch meetings, salesplanning sessions, and sales training.
4.Drives actions from research projects and consumer/HCPs insight generation.
5.Leads and performs analysis on marketplace intelligence, pricing, and competition, etc.
6.Owns the A&P with expertise in budgeting and forecasting.
7.Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and execution ofstrategies.
8.Manages 3rd party agency/distributor relationships.
9.Prepares regular reports.
Professional skills & Requirements
1.University degree in Science or Business-related disciplines.
2.Minimum 3 years of product management/marketing experience in the biopharmaceuticalindustry.
3.Some sales/marketing experience in South East Asia (SEA) market preferred.
6.Highly motivated and can adapt to multitasking in a startup environment.
7.This position will be based in Singapore and may require up to 20% time of regional traveling.
