Your new role
As the new Marketing Director, you will own innovative creations providing strong leadership and direction. With your creative and innovative approach, you will lead from the front, shaping the brand strategy, driving customer engagement for the growth of the business (new and current memberships). This opportunity will allow full ownership of all marketing channels with development of the creative marketing team already in place. You will ensure the multichannel strategy and development supports the objectives of both parts of the company, with the aim of being the go-to destination for individuals and businesses. You will also be responsible for:
- Strengthen the short, medium, and long term business goals, leveraging data analytics.
- Monitor the budget for all channels (social media, website, email campaigns)
- Develop successful and qualified leads, with strong market research.
- Utilise the new CRM system to maximise customer engagement.
- Manage a lovely team of 6 in personal and business growth.
What you need to succeed
To be successful in this opportunity, you will need to have a variety of creative elements in your marketing. You will have a strategic and tactical approach to all marketing activities for both luxury brands. We are looking for a seasoned marketer with over 10 years of experience of the luxury hotel industry. A full mix of marketing is essential for this role, including website development, CRM Management, implementation of digital strategies and brand management. The ideal candidate will not only focus on the strategic part, but also the performance and end the journey. Other qualities we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills lead the team to exceed all business targets.
- Creative mindset when activating marketing activities.
- Strong academic/qualifications
- Passion and drive to grow not just the business, but the team also.
