Your new role
As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will manage one direct report, supporting them with day-to-day queries and their continuous professional development. You will focus on commercial and marketing categories, two areas that make up the vast bulk of the UK businesses spend. As the company goes through a step change in their approach to procurement, making it mandated, you will lead the charge in rolling this out across your stakeholder base. You will frequently engage with the CFO and wider marketing team to support this transition and will lead procurement of events, PR and Media agencies alongside POS production, social media etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a seasoned procurement professional with a strong understanding of the marketing landscape and the various subcategories that would fall under your remit. People management experience is not a pre-requisite, but a desire and willingness to take this step is crucial. You should be able to commute to the Uxbridge office 3 days a week. What you'll need to succeed
Your experience working as an Account handler dealing with Corporate risks with working knowledge of all main classes of General Insurance as well as
Commercial insurance experience will contribute to your success in securing this role.
You will be confident and have good attention to detail, as well as having good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook E-mail systems and be able to process work quickly and meet deadlines. You will need excellent client service skills with the ability to gather and analyse information from the client and able to persuade and influence others. Prior knowledge/experience of the Acturis computer system would be preferable. It would also be desirable for the successful candidate to be CERT CII or DIP CII qualified or equivalent or have evidence to show they are making good progress towards it and or be willing to progress towards professional qualifications.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be reporting to the Finance Business Partner and will work alongside a wider commercial business partnering team in London. Your key duties include:

• Delivering commercial best practice for all key stakeholders supporting with revenue forecast, growth plans and profitability of clients
• Forecasting and reporting of client P&L
• Lead monthly revenue close process
• Commercial analysis

What you'll need to succeed

• Fully qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA accountant with relevant industry experience in FP&A.
• Strong analytical skills, good commercial understanding and are focused on detail.
• Business Partnering
• Ability to manage and influence people
• Commercial Accumen
