The Role

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to develop the PI portfolio further, working with high-value leads provided directly from the firm's established network and marketing efforts. Requirements

• At least three years' experience in PI broking, underwriting, or a related area (D&O, casualty).
• Proven success in meeting sales targets and growing client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and proactive, with the resilience needed for a high-accountability role.
• CII qualifications are a plus but not essential.
