Role Summary

As part of the Senior team within the Marketing department, you will be the lead for all things Digital and be a strong advocate for strengthening the brand's presence in all digital platforms, harnessing the power of all things Digital to help drive the business forward.

You'll be at the forefront of developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising digital marketing strategies across all channels. Your expertise will ensure cohesive, impactful, and measurable outcomes, working closely with sales and marketing teams.

Initially, there aren't any direct reports in this role, but you will have agency resource.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and Execute: Promote services and solutions, boosting brand awareness and customer engagement through SEO/SEM, email, display advertising, and more.
• Data-Driven Campaigns: Utilise customer data to create segmented marketing campaigns in HubSpot, ensuring personalised outreach.

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our client in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence to analyse CRM sales data, challenge existing processes, and introduce innovative ideas. Your insights will be crucial in optimising the sales processes, identifying trends, evaluating performance, and adjusting strategies accordingly.

What will you be doing?

• Utilise your advanced analytical skills to examine sales data using tools such as HubSpot, Deal Hub, and Salesforce CRMs, identifying trends and forecasting sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations, including key performance indicators, to provide stakeholders with comprehensive insights into sales performance.

SAP Sales Administrator

Temporary to Permanent

Milton Keynes

£14.03 per hour, while temping.

£27,000 plus annual performance bonus, when permanent

Hours 09:00 - 17.30 (17.00 finish on a Friday)

Hybrid working - 2 days in the office each week on a Wednesday and a Thursday

You will be working in the office in Milton Keynes for the first 8 weeks.

Reporting directly to the Office Manager you will be dealing with a high level of incoming sales orders and enquiries. You will be working in a friendly, busy team. This role is fast paced and requires great attention to detail and a strong communicator who is a team player.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to calls and emails and support customers and suppliers with queries.
• Building rapport with retailers, couriers, and the outsourced logistics company
• Support with the maintenance of the fleet and travel expenses and bookings.
• Processing orders for mass market orders
• Process credits and debits.
• Monitoring stock levels
• Process and check expenses.
• General administration duties

Person specifications:

• Must have previous sales order experience.
• Must have used SAP previously.

This role doesn't involve any cold calling and is all about building and maintaining excellent relationships with distributors across the globe.

If you're a dynamic Sales Specialist with the ability to work in a technical sales role, and you have a strong willingness to learn, this could be the perfect role for you!

There will be opportunity to develop within the role, and to travel internationally.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Phone and email handling, quoting prices and stock position to customers plus order processing and transport/shipping requirements,
• Preparing quotations for customers having consulted with production and the warehouse,
• Planning, Collating, and issuing Social Media feeds/company updates, such as product launches, exhibitions, and job reports through all platforms, responding and linking to distributors and users,
