The SMB College Group is a highly successful FE college, formed of two merged and reputable colleges – Stephenson College and Brooksby Melton College. Specialising in land-based, technical, trade and creative arts, we provide an extensive curriculum from Agriculture to Animal Care, Construction to Sport, Hair & Beauty to Care. An exciting opportunity has arisen at the College for a Business and Sales Advisor to join the team based in Coalville. Working in this role you will be required to increase apprenticeships sales in line with the college recruitment plan to contribute to the achievement of the overall growth targets and achieve agreed KPIs. You will also be required to develop strong employer partnerships that are nurtured to ensure business is retained. You will have a passion for innovation, bringing new ideas to improve processes and increase sales.
