A day in the life of…

• This role will see you take the lead when it comes to digital client relationship management. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met both internally and externally. The Role

The data engineer in the Business Improvements team ensures that data infrastructure and pipelines are designed to support continuous improvement in business operations, making data more actionable and leading to strategic business enhancements.
Knowledge and Skills

• Proficient with Skywise platform and tools e.g. Contour, Code-Workbook, Code, Slate and Ontology definitions.
• Proficient with Google products, app script, app sheet, google automations and google sheet functionality.
• Expertise in data analysis methodologies and processes and their linkages to other processes.
• Proficient SQL skills and experience with relational databases and database design.
• Knowledge of Python, PL/SQL, Java Script, HTML & CSS.
• Ability to understand and analyse existing business processes and suggest improvements based on data insights and areas for automation.

• Understanding of key business metrics and KPIs, and how to leverage data to influence business strategies.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions that align with company objectives.

Essential
