HR Business Partner
Location: Covering the London and South East region with regular travel across multiple sites. Flexibility on the base location within this region.
Salary: £50k - £55k
Contract type: Full Time Permanent
Working hours: 40 Hours a Week

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide effective HR advice to managers, guiding them on best practices, current employment law, and company policies. Foster robust leadership and performance management among line managers to promote engagement and feedback.
- Collaborate with the People Director and wider team to develop and implement effective HR policies and processes that support organizational goals and values.
- Represent the People team at Regional/Divisional board meetings, providing insights and recommendations on HR matters
- Analyse and report HR information to inform benchmarking, develop HR strategies, and drive solutions for your region/division.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating at HR Business Partner level in a multi-site operation.
- Essential to be MCIPD qualified, qualification levels 5- 7 would be desirable.
- Expertise of working in large organisations in industries such as Industrial Sectors, Local Authority or Logistics would be advantageous.
- Strong coaching, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Innovative mindset with a proven track record of implementing creative solutions and strategies to HR challenges.
