Our service channel management team is responsible for overseeing the renewal process for our service business and is essential for building strong customer relationships and driving business growth. Your role as an intern is to own and develop the health and wealth of F5’s global services business into our customers, through various routes to market including both our partner channel model and direct. You will support our Global Service Manager in delivering performance metrics to our partners, setting associated objectives and measuring progress.
This role will report to the VP Global Services EMEA, providing you with an opportunity to learn from one of our senior leaders. You will also be supported by our locally based Global Service Manager as your mentor whilst you are part of our program.
Your Typical Day May Involve:
- Provide the link between the various internal F5 services and product teams to develop and maintain a successful services strategy to support F5 business in the country
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive initiatives to promote product tech refresh and sales of F5 strategic solutions
- Dive into analytics to uncover valuable insights that drive continuous improvement
- Own the services specific relationship and set strategic direction for F5 partners in relation to their services business in alignment to F5 strategic goals
- Manage F5 global services partner programs for annuity streams
You Are:
- Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or a fresh graduate (graduation within 12 months prior to start date)
- Interested in service business management and passionate about technology
- Keen to use and further grow your communication skills and combine these with a commercial and relationship building role.
