DUTIES

Your duties as an Administrator / Sales Team Support Administration Assistant will include:

• Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers for products and accessories

• Maintain strong customer relations through email campaigns and sales-related activities

• Regularly monitor the CRM system to identify current and past opportunities, promoting relevant products to customers

• Support customers with enquiries, rerouting them to the appropriate department / responsible person where necessary

• Help generate leads for both short- and long-term sales opportunities

• Engage with the existing customer base to gather reviews, case studies, citations, and referrals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the company’s colleagues to maximise sales revenue and deliver excellent customer service

• Keep accurate customer contact records within the company CRM system

• Agree upon and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales excellence

• Assist the wider sales team with ongoing tenders and sales administration tasks


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, quick learner, and organised

• Positive, can-do attitude; friendly, creative, and focused

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to maintain accurate customer records

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset

• Previous experience in inside sales or administration

We are seeking a Customer Sales Assistants at our BP Fuel Station & Spar Convenience Store in Sudbury.

Applicant/s must be polite, numerate and confident with people. As this is a busy customer facing role, the ability to stay calm under pressure, work hard and stay focused towards providing excellent customer service is very important.

The hours are Tuesday - Saturday 14:30 - 23:00.

The successful applicant/s must be experienced with face to face customer interaction. You must be friendly, presentable, numerate, hardworking and a good team player. A basic food hygiene certificate is preferable but not essential as training can be provided.

Due to recommendations from the ‘Health & Safety Executive’ we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years who may be left in sole charge of a petrol station for any duration of time.

Optical Assistant - Role

• Dispensing lenses to all levels
• Helping patients to select frames
• Meeting and greeting patients
• Booking appointments
• Dealing with collections, measurements and adjustments
• Working with the Optometrist and Dispensing Opticians to ensure a smooth patient journey

Optical Assistant - Requirements

• Previous Optical experience is essential
• Full dispensing capabilities including occupational and varifocal lenses
• Ideally around two years' + experience.
• Customer focussed
• Courteous and professional
• Proactive and motivated to learn
• Interest in fashion and branding

Optical Assistant - Salary

• Basic between £22,000 to £25,000
• Bonus scheme
• 35 hours per week to include Saturdays, no Sunday opening
• 28 days holiday
• Pension
