What is the Role?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Operational Comms Executive to join our growing Marketing Team. You'll support the wider Marketing Team in the design and execution of personal and adaptable communications to customers.
You'll play a critical role in supporting our marketing initiatives by ensuring efficient and effective communication across various channels, supporting multiple business objectives and stakeholders. Channels include, but are not limited to, operational letters, emails, scripts, web copy, collateral and video creation. In this role you will:
- deliver customer communications to support SSE and SSE Airtricity stakeholders to drive engagement and meet business objectives.
- be creative and seek out process and customer experience improvements, delivering consistency across all below-the-line communications
- ensure all comms are consistent with brand and tone of voice guidelines and are created within a timely manner
- assist in the production of content to support new product launches and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) campaigns
- effectively implement regulatory requirements across customer and operational comms
- collaborate with teams to ensure alignment of messaging and communication strategies, fostering a cohesive brand image
This role will require regular travel to other SSE offices across the UK and Ireland.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- demonstrable experience in a marketing, communications, or related field, with a focus on delivering operational communication and project coordination
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and channels.
- strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communication materials
- the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, manage communication with multiple stakeholders and foster open communication and a collaborative spirit
- knowledge of regulatory considerations and compliance
