Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Manufacturing/ Printing/ Packaging Industry experience preferred.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Packaging industry. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within East of the country area, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Packaging industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales volume and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Provide sales forecasts, budget reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Packaging industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the designated area to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
