An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Swim Manager to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within Bushey Grove Leisure Centre. Directly assisting and reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving all membership revenue and achieving monthly / yearly financial targets.

Responsibilities will include:

To exceed performance in terms of all membership sales through effective lead generation, promotions, marketing and customer care within the centre.
To drive revenue across the business, review and implement site promotions across the business to ensure monthly/yearly financial targets are exceeded.
To be responsible for the Sales team, acquisition membership and retention. To manage the front-of-house team, ensuring a high standard of customers service and satisfaction
To be a key member of the Centres management team and to support other department managers as and when required.
