Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week

A unique and bespoke manufacturing company are on the lookout for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to take control of marketing duties and bring them in-house as they are currently being outsourced.
This is a really exciting opportunity to make this stand-alone role your own and to have full creative autonomy.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for various tasks from increasing website traffic and creating compelling content to analysing campaign performance data.
Your duties will include;
• Looking after all digital aspects for the small group of companies
• Undertaking the transition of the Digital Marketing from an outsourced agency to in-house
• Producing optimised content to improve SEO (and SERP) – On site and off-site optimisation.
• Creating visually appealing, diverse, and engaging blogs, articles, case studies, and other materials.
• Updating website content including new photo acquisition from clients.
• Managing social media accounts and producing engaging and compelling content appropriate for varied channels; creating engaging posts and informative pieces which grow the social media presence.
• Managing PPC advertising (and any other digital advertising), to ensure value for money is maintained in new client / enquiry acquisition.
• Compiling monthly reports, highlighting progress and areas for improvement. Including progress against tracked keywords and competitors, utilising Google Analytics and Google Console.
• Monitoring markets and competitors, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
The successful applicant will possess;
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and SEO
• Experience of PPC advertising
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
