Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels (social media, SEO, email, PPC, print, etc.) to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Oversee the development and dissemination of compelling marketing materials. Customer Engagement: Build and execute strategies to improve customer retention through loyalty programs, events, and personalized experiences. Qualification & Experience Requirements: Relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu. Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing leadership roles. Proven track record of driving successful sales and marketing campaigns. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Expertise in sales and marketing software, CRM tools, and data analytics. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
