YOLO Recruitment are currently looking for a Sales Manager for their client’s main car dealership close to Borehamwood.

A motor trade Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating sales staff.

You will be tasked with promoting and encouraging strategies to sell vehicles.

Typical Sales Manager duties will include:

Organising schedules,
Training
Interviewing hiring staff
Setting goals
This role involves the constant managing and mentoring of a sales team where assistance to car selling is one of the main priorities. Customer care is also high on the priority list.

Some motor trade sales managers sell cars themselves, but most are focused on creating the strategies, budgets, and promotions that empower their teams to sell cars.

You will need to have:

Previous experience in the motor trade as a Sales Manager or have a strong sales background as a Business Manager, Sales Controller or Transaction Manager wanting to take the next step!
Full UK Driving License
The hours for this Sales Manager role will be Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6.00 with a day off. Saturday 8.30 – 5.30.

Sales & Renewals Phone Agent - working for Pinnacle Pet UK, part of the PPG Group

Location: We offer the opportunity to work completely from home within the UK, be office based in Borehamwood, or split your time
between home and office.




Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm on a weekly rotating shift pattern. Some weekend
work will be required on a rota basis.




Start Date: December 2nd

Taking back to back inbound calls, selling insurance products, support the online sales journey & retain customers that are
wishing to cancel their existing policies on behalf of the client in a compliant manner. Promote a positive image of Pinnacle Pet
Group & its client companies whilst actively growing PPG & partners business. Delivering a first-class customer experience whilst
maximising the value of every telephone interaction with all Pinnacle Pet Group client customers.

* Previous experience working within a call centre role is essential
* Experience working within a sales or retentions environment is beneficial
* As you’ll be working to targets, experience working within a targeted environment would be an advantage
* Our customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you`ll be passionate about delivering top customer service
* Attention to detail is important as you’ll need to get to know our different policies inside out
* Within this busy role you’ll need to be organised with the ability to work at pace
