Integra Education are supporting an Ofsted rated 'GOOD' secondary school in North Liverpool that are seeking a full time Business Studies Teacher to start in September, working throughout the whole academic year until July 2025 at the earliest.

Rate of pay: £150-£190 per day

We are looking to speak with a qualified Business Studies Teacher that is seeking full time employment from September. The perfect individual will have experience teaching up to A level, with the ability to get the best out of the students within the class and able to tailor their lesson plans to suit the needs of all abilities. We are looking for a passionate individual that is able to get on a level with the students and build great rapports. The individual needs to be confident and adaptable with a good knowledge of how to use technology within the classroom.

The Academy provides a first class education and equips students for 21st century learning - regardless of background or ability. Their curriculum challenges the gifted and talented students as well as providing enhanced teaching for those with special educational and complex learning needs. The school is passionate about providing support to their staff from day one and you will be a huge part of a highly regarded Humanities department.

We are working with a highly entrepreneurial business that has sites across the North West and Midlands to help them recruit a Finance Business Partner.

Your new role
This role will give you a huge degree of autonomy and the flexibility of working from home when you are not visiting your commercial colleagues on site.
You will work closely with highly commercial sales and operations teams to provide insight and challenge with the aim of improving business performance.
Key Tasks include:

• Proactive Finance Business Partner providing support, challenge, and insight to the general manager of each site within your remit
• To deliver timely, accurate & relevant financial information, analysis and commentary to key stakeholders including:
• Weekly and monthly P&L reporting
• Monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Annual budgets
• Variance analysis
• KPI's
• Benchmarking
• Ad-hoc analysis to drive business performance
• Provide commercial support to General Managers focussing on understanding and explaining business performance variances and identifying risks and opportunities to enable delivery of their targets
• Develop, rigorously challenge, and question the budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs on an on-going basis, and report this to the Branch Managers and Divisional Team
• Provide insight into customer and sales team performance

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a qualified accountant with extensive business partnering experience. You should have demonstrable experience of working closely with operational teams and of challenging the norm to add commercial value.
You should be a strong communicator and have a passion for helping a business to grow and improve.
There is travel within the North West and Midlands with the role so you should be prepared to travel 1 or 2 days per week.
