Job Description:
• Set up Global ocean shipping strategy and lead to set up revenue model
• Establish Strategic Relationship with Carriers/Vendors to secure competitive rates through market sensing and Vessel Management
• Negotiate the price, Vessel Management, Management in performance/CAPA
• Ensure that FAK from most carriers are obtained and analysed to provide the most competitive rates on Cello Square Platform (Expand carrier/ vendor list, if required)
• Through establishment of suitable shipping strategy, lead the ocean shipping service for affiliates and external customers
•Through CAPA Management, secure and lead the operational stability
• Develop the long-term collaboration programs between C-levels of global shipping companies and Strengthening the strategic networks
• Support SEA business RFQs and quotations
• Pre-sensing issues related to ocean shipping services and set up / managing countermeasure
Requirement:
• Above Bachelor degree, major in Business/Logistics/Marketing etc.
• Above 10 years experience in Global Shipping company/ 3PL company/ Ocean related logistic works
• Have deep knowledge about Ocean Pricing, SCM logistic
• Fluent in English, Negotiation skill, Relationship Management Skill
• MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Power Point)
• Have deep understanding with Global Shipping company's finance situation, have a good strategic negotiation leading skill
• Leadership, Team Building, Ability to find out solution for port issues
• Negotiation skill with customers when urgent request
