We are recruiting for a Market Sales Lead to join our Growth Team!
You will provide dedicated sales knowledge across the entire Citizen Experience and Digital Business Services propositions.
Working alongside the Account Management teams in Capita Public Sector, you will help identify and develop new opportunities. You will take the opportunity through qualification, develop it in line with the Citizen Experience and Digital Business Services propositions, and drive the deal to closure.
What you'll be doing:
• owning and managing sales opportunities for Capita Public Sector customers - maintaining an up-to-date 'live' Opportunity pipeline and forecasts in the agreed tools.
• deliver against targets and goals as set out in your objectives and target letter whilst adhering to the Capita values.
• owning the "Win Price" and solution strategy whilst delivering high margin wins.
• developing and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all the Citizen Experience and Digital Business Services propositions and an awareness of the wider Capita portfolio.
• supporting Account Managers/Directors in identifying and developing opportunities for strategic growth (whitespace analysis).
• supporting the Proposition Sales Director in developing the Proposition strategy and virtual team to drive improvements and innovation aligned with the business strategy.
What we're looking for:
• experience in successful delivery of Sales targets.
• clear, in-depth knowledge of Citizen Experience and Digital Business Services propositions and aligned technology market/vendors/business issues.
• ability to step in and control a customer issue, business development opportunity or rebid as needed.
• extensive experience in delivering complex solutions and proposals.
• ability to be creative in commercial offerings and guide product and service development.
• experience in managing multi-functional and multi-layered matrixed teams.
