My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Administrator to join their busy and fast paced team due to growth. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of an experienced team within a fast paced manufacturing environment.

The position offers a basic salary up to £30,000 dependant on experience.

Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 1pm

Your new role

The main purpose of your role is to manage sales orders from receipt to delivery whilst ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Key duties will include: handling customer queries, managing order processing, liaising and communicating with other internal departments. You will also be expected to complete any other ad-hoc administration tasks as well as building relationships and keeping up to date with any new product information.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have previous experience processing orders from initial enquiry through to delivery and managing customer accounts. Relationship building and client care is key for this role so you will be able to demonstrate this in a previous position. You will be self motivated and be able to use your own initiative as well as being systems savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly.

As a Marketing Executive, you will help build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through various online and offline marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include analysing advertising campaign performance, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring all marketing materials align with the brand identity. You will develop strategies to promote the company, deploy successful marketing campaigns, produce creative content, manage social media channels, and build strategic relationships with key industry players.
What you'll need to succeed

• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field desirable
• Demonstrable experience in marketing
• Proven experience of identifying target audiences and leading engaging marketing campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and graphic design tools (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Team player with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with perseverance, optimism, and passion.
• Speaker of the Spanish language is an advantage.

In our Festive Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, people who can support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved. Your role at Superdrug as one of our Festive Sales Advisers will be all about serving customers where you will deliver excellent service and make sure customers don’t miss out on any of our great Star Buys. You’ll help ensure that the store is well stocked, and a high level of store presentation is maintained and will actively be involved in achieving the store targets. To support your development, you’ll also can be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our fast-growing piercing business in store.
