JOB SUMMARY:
As a Aftermarket sales executive to the Aftermarket Sales Manager, you are responsible for working with the CPM sales team, CPM Sales Network and the Aftermarket Sales Manager, and other colleagues to define and champion commercial efforts for the entire CPM product line for the Aftermarket in South East AsiaRegion.
The focus is to both affirm our market presence within the existing customer base and grow our business in the region. After training and gaining experience, you willassist the Aftermarket Sales Manager and you will be the go to person for CPM aftermarket parts (all CPM IS products), and will work across the South East Asian region.
The Aftermarket Sales Executive directly support the Aftermarket Sales Manager and manage the work load with a focus on improving operations, standardizing processes, increasing efficiency, growing aftermarket sales, and ensuring CPM’s customers are served in a timely, professional manner.
Key avenues for success include: customer relationships, increasing sales, and driving strategic growth initiatives studying, identifying and translating the business and market opportunities into actionable recommendations in order to promote the growth of CPM and to achieve the individual, team and company turnover target.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for Aftermarket sales of all CPM product spare parts and service to customers across the SE Asia region.
· Work closely with the sales team and customer service team to drive sales to meet monthly/annual targets.
· Maintain good relation with existing accounts and develop new ones.
· Assist the Aftermarket Sales Manager with projects, sales opportunities, presentations, pricing efforts, travel, strategy, and programs.
· Understand CPM equipment to troubleshoot customer solutions.
· Build relationships with customers and sales representatives
· Increase aftermarket support and services for CPM’s equipment line.
· Create & achieve aftermarket budget, forecast, and goals for increasing CPM revenue & market share.
· Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
· Prepare field reports after all customer visits and distribute to the appropriate personnel.
· Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company databases.
· Laise closely with logistic department, sales and customers to ensure on-time order fulfilment.
· Identify opportunities to improve business processes and identify, evaluate, and implement solutions.
· Manage customer accounts ensuring alignment with customer, market segment, and CPM strategies.
· Identify and understand technical requirements of customers and connecting these with CPM’s products and solutions.
· Reports to management and colleagues about market developments and new possible opportunities in the industry.
· Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met.
· Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to get one’s hands dirty
• Excellent communications skills, with the ability to speak in public and to multiple levels within customer organizations, including technical specialists, procurement officers, and senior management
• SAP and customer relationship management (CRM) experience.
• Self-starter, driven, and a results-oriented sales professional
• Outcome focused with the ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure.
• Well-developed sales and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• +1 years Commercial, Sales, or Operations experience within the
Food/Agriculture/Bioenergy complex.
• Enjoyment of extensive business travel (up to 50%).
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field - Electrical, chemical, or mechanical engineering preferred.
· Experience selling/supporting technical solutions, preferably within the oilseed, animal feed, biomass, food, and materials processing industries.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Must be able to communicate in English.
