Please note : You'll be based in the Stafford Family Hub, however you will be required to cover any of the other sites across the south of Staffordshire in the event of holidays or sickness so you will need to be able to travel throughout the county when needed.

The hours of work are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 4.30pm Friday.

You will provide excellent customer care and a professional reception service meeting and welcoming families, children and young people ( 0-19 years) into our Family Hubs.

You'll also be:

• managing incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries about services
• registering new service users and signposting to relevant activities and provision within the district.
• data inputting.
• provide information, advice and guidance.

You'll have:

• good organisational skills and experience of using a wide range of IT systems including MS Office.
• good communication skills because you’ll interact with lots of people on the phone, in person and by email
• a flexible approach to work as sometimes things can change, and so you’ll need to be able to prioritise work and sometimes change tasks quickly
• a passion to always give the best service
