What you will be doing as a Research Engineer/Scientist

- First and foremost, Research, Development and Innovation.

This Hybrid role is based at Reading Sewage Treatment Works. However, depending on project requirements, the successful candidate should attend the office and other Thames Water sites.

- Hold a degree in science or engineering or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Background in industry experience in a related discipline.

The Computing Department at Bulmershe offers a rich, stimulating and inclusive curriculum designed to meet the needs of all students at key stages 3, 4 and 5. At KS3, we offer a differentiated, centrally planned and resourced curriculum. Spanning three years it amounts to a minimum of 100 hours of learning. Our KS4 curriculum for years 10 and 11, offers OCR GCSE in Computer Science and BTEC Level 1/2 Technical Award in Digital Information Technology. Specific duties and responsibilities

Technical Services is seeking to appoint a Senior Technician with a strong background in the chemical analysis of soils, plants and water to support teaching and research in the School of Archaeology, Geography and Environmental Sciences. - A science degree, HND, NVQ4 (or equivalent) or basic professional qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Physical Geography, Geochemistry). • Mandatory requirements -

Graduate scientist (degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related Biological Science) with a strong academic record and laboratory experience.
Industrial experience preferred but not essential.
