Background This is a research post funded by the University Hospitals Birmingham to support research in Hand Surgery. The research will be housed both in dedicated clinical research facilities on the Trust site and at the University and the post holder will be supported by other research staff including research nurses, technical staff and trial administrators.

To be considered for this role, you will have strong technical knowledge of the UK's R&D tax and experience in the preparation of R&D claims. The successful candidate will also have a clear and concise writing style with experience of responding to HMRC queries. Meanwhile, the ideal candidate will also have computer science/similar degree and possess some previous experience of working within the software or IT industry.
