Job Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence : Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production efficiency, product quality, and resource utilization. Develop and execute plans to achieve production targets and improve plant performance.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications. Work closely with the quality control team to address any issues and implement corrective actions.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with CGPA 3.0/2nd upper and above.
- Creative, innovative, strong team player, dedicated and committed, analytical, able to lead any improvement projects.
- Knowledge to operate CNC machine will be added advantage.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in Manufacturing required for this position. (Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply)
- Self-motivated, hardworking, strong desired to learn new knowledge
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sek 23,Shah Alam, Selangor.
