We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Despatch Administrator to join our client in Poole, they are a well established local company who are now recognised as a leading global brand

You will be an integral part of the team as they have a global portfolio of customers, you will be sending orders within the UK, Europe, USA and ROW, which will be a mixture of road, sea and air freight.

This is a straight permanent opportunity that can offer an immediate start. You will be working Monday to Friday with an earlier finish on Fridays, the salary is £24,000-£27,000 DOE.

The duties for the successful Despatch Administrator:

- Achieving daily despatch schedules
- Keeping on top of the progress of customer Sales Orders
- Preparing accurate and compliant shipping and export documentation
- Despatching goods from the CRM/ERP system
- Negotiating with suppliers on price and lead time
- Raising Works Order, Purchase Orders & Subcontract Purchase Orders
- Assisting within the factory and warehouse as and when needed during busy periods.

Requirements to be considered for this Despatch Administrator vacancy:

- Previous experience within a despatch administrator role
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to priorities yourself and work load accordingly
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Excellent administration skills

Holt Engineering have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative and Forklift Driver with a current Counterbalance Forklift license paying £27,000pa.

The role involves receipt of goods, assembly, packing customer orders, organising and managing stock. The company can boast a friendly team within a very welcoming environment and the role is working a day shift.

A current forklift license and full clean driving license is essential to be considered for this position.

Key responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative and Forklift Driver:

- Receipt of materials in-line with purchase orders as/when required
- Highlighting/expediting stock shortages and discrepancies.
- Picking and kitting
- Support Production packing/goods out activities
- Using counterbalance forklift to load and unload deliveries as well as move stock around warehouse
- Assisting in other areas as and when needed

Essentials to be considered for this Warehouse Operative and Forklift Driver:

- Previous experience working within a goods in/out environment
- Must have driving and forklift licence
