Job Summary:
Join our team as a Retail Associate ensuring a seamless shopping experience and fostering loyalty to our brand, embark on a rewarding career journey! Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, sizes, and availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Provide product recommendations and styling advice.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock counting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level qualification.
- Training will be provided.
- Preferred: Experience in Retail (Preferably Fashion), promoting and servicing customers.
What We Offer:
- Basic Salary: S$ 2,200 – 2,500 + Overtime (OT) pay + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).
