- Delivery of client projects with a wide range of project scopes and values across a broad spectrum of disciplines.
- Maintain key success criteria established for each project to ensure desirable outcomes.
- Delivery of projects within operating environments.
- Project development – identifying scope of works based on client needs including assisting in business case development and securing project funding.
- Stakeholder coordination – Identification of stakeholders, liaison with all parties to capture all relevant issues, inputs and restrictions that may affect project outcomes.
- Procurement Coordination - Including contract drafting, tender preparations and management, bid analysis and contract awards for consultants and contractors.
- Contract Management - Ensuring compliance with contract terms in delivery of the works for consultants and contractors, processing of payments and managing change.
- Construction management – control of the contractor’s construction site management for the safe and compliant delivery of works in conjunction with consultants and safety advisors.
- Risk and issues management – ensuring early identification of project risks and applying carefully considered mitigations to minimise occurrence of issues.
- Quality management – through coordination of all parties to ensure adherence to expected quality for both the design and construction of the project.
