- Ensure that all mail items are sorted, scanned, and stored in accordance with the guidance.
- Delivery of the mail / IT equipment to the GSK HQ.
- Track and trace the mail.
- Ensure all duties and tasks are completed in line with company procedures and policies.
- Responsible for maintaining and complying with company Health and Safety standard.
- Monitor and respond to queries in the Mailroom team mailboxes.
- Occasional support at GSK HQ.
