Sales Enablement Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales Enablement Executive to support the CEO at our Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. This role is a blend of administrative support and pre-sale activities, crucial for ensuring smooth operations and supporting the CEO in strategic initiatives.
Total Work Experience: 2-3 Yrs in similar role.
Work Model: Hybrid (Work from Home and availability to attend meetings at client office or mutually agreed location.)
Desired Skillset:
· Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
· Prior work experience with Maritime companies is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
· Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with SSH overseas offices and high rank executives from vessel owners and ship management companies.
· Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries for the CEO and other staff as needed.
· Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for client submission.
· Manage and organize files, records, and databases.
Pre-Sale Support:
· Assist in researching and identifying potential leads and new business opportunities.
· Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
· Coordinate and follow up on pre-sale activities, ensuring timely communication and documentation.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to create and update promotional materials and campaigns.
· Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Executive Support:
· Provide direct administrative and office management support to the CEO.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
· Assist the CEO in coordinating and managing special projects and initiatives.
· Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
