Job Description:
• Lead a team responsible for the execution of sourcing and hiring quality talent on time.
• Design, build and establish results-oriented sourcing activities both virtual and in-person to drive applications from qualified candidates at the right time for the hiring requirements of the company
• Manage the overall sourcing strategies including governance of productivity, data tracking, results monitoring, reporting, analysis, and insights encompassing assigned scope
• Provide direction and guidance to the team, ensuring that target applications and hires are met based on committed sourcing plan and budget
• Collaborate with internal and external partners such as operations, HR/admin and vendors on project and initiatives related to delivering on hiring needs
• Evaluate external labor market conditions, analyze hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback to recommend changes, improvements and solutions for the company’s recruitment strategies
• Implement process improvement through root-cause analysis to improve operational efficiency and hiring capabilities for hiring programs within the company
• Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tool
• Measures team performance against maintaining consistent standards for all applicants and ensuring compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting
• Promote the company’s image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates
• Drives the highest standards of ethical behavior for all staff involved in the recruiting process
• Perform Ad-Hoc tasks and duties related to the role that may arise due to business need
• Prior experience on a Senior Manager or Director level position
• 3+ years of experience managing the overall Recruitment/Sourcing process ideally for a BPO or similar company
• Solid experience in social media, research and market analysis
