Pay rates-

Nights: £17.00 per hour Monday to Friday PAYE ONLY

Please note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book annual leave.

Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or or Payroll Processing Fees.

Duties of a HGV Class 1 Driver-

• RDC trunking and trailer swaps.
• Modern, well looked after trucks.
• Daily Vehicle checks.
• A professional manner when dealing with the end customer.
• Always Wearing the correct PPE whilst working (safety Boots and Hi-Vis).

Start times can vary but we are looking to start between 18:00-18:30. Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average.

HGV Drivers required immediately for temporary work for a client who specialises in RDC and store deliveries across the UK. Our customer in Ashby-de-la-Zouch is one of our largest clients based in the Leicestershire area and are well known for treating their drivers well from previous positive feedback.

The customer is looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers who are flexible to work Monday-Friday but also be flexible towards the work due to support their customer's needs.

Our client will be accepting HGV Driver who fit the criteria listed below:

The ideal HGV Class 1 Driver will have-

• A valid HGV C+E Class 1 Driving License
• 2 years' experience is essential for this role.
• Valid CPC Card
• Valid Digital Card
• Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes.
• Successfully pass a drug and alcohol test

2. Project implementation and monitoring 

• Develop the work-plan and manage technical assistance with applying and adapting SNV approaches and tools.
• Lead and manage consultant group in delivering the selecting of priority commodities and inclusive value chain and market assessments.
• Developing detailed work plans and leading/managing key inclusive value-chain development project intervention activities.
• Provide assistance to identify appropriate targets and related indicators as well as monitoring methods for project M&E

The Personnel Scheduler assists the Clinical Managers with staff scheduling operations to meet the needs of current and future patients. The Scheduler assigns staff based on each unit’s job roles and staffing pattern. The Scheduler strives to achieve this balanced schedule based on an understanding of position control and established guidelines. The Scheduler has knowledge of staff’s FTE status, requests, PTO needs, and FMLA. Additional duties may include but are not limited to typing, filing, data collection, education, and miscellaneous support functions.

Major Responsibilities

1.  Coordinates coverage across the units assigned based on guidelines established by the director and manager, staff personnel availability and skill mix to ensure safe and high-quality patient care.

2.  Works collaboratively with the director and manager for assigned unit to develop and coordinate future staffing patterns while staying within budget parameters.

3.  Coordinates orientation schedules and mandatory training for staff with the unit professional development nurses to achieve organizational, departmental and regulatory standards.

4.  Manages employee requests (PTO, Education, Meeting, etc.) and coordinates schedule to ensure proper coverage

5.  Reviews and assists in the development of staffing guidelines periodically to ensure effectiveness with achieving staffing/budget goals.

6.  Responds to staff scheduling and timecard concerns via email or phone. Develops resolutions in accordance with department guidelines, collaborating with director or manager when necessary.

7.  Serves as staff resource for Kronos ESS and timecard functionality.

8.  Serves as educator of Kronos ESS and timecard functionality

9.  Utilizes Kronos reporting to collect and interpret scheduling data.

10.  Performs timecard reconciliation for assigned staff.

11.  Maintains proficiency with Microsoft Excel; building and maintain position controls to better provide future staffing recommendations

12.  Maintains proficiency with Kronos ESS to accurately build staff schedules per unit/department guidelines.

13.  Staffing Office Responsibilities (frequency determined by department need)

• Coordinates daily staffing assignments based on priority of requests, staff personnel availability, and skill mix to ensure superior patient care.
• Ensures Kronos is current with daily staffing adjustments
• Works collaboratively with leadership across the system to determine and coordinate immediate staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Learning

• Teach students in assigned classes in accordance with course descriptions and/or learning outcomes, the course syllabus, and institutional policies and procedures

• Provide students with a syllabus that includes required institutional policies, course objectives, materials, and methods of evaluation

• Provide a workload schedule showing teaching and office hours

• Certify student attendance in classes by the established deadlines

• Maintain accurate and complete course records

Meaningful Work From Day One:

The Supply Chain Temporary Worker will support the Brown-Forman Supply Chain organization by developing and updating monthly and weekly reports, processing invoices, providing administrative support for order management, and supporting the team with additional analysis and reporting as needed. The candidate should be a self-starter that possesses strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving techniques.

What You Can Expect:
▪ Monitor and process weekly and monthly invoices from third party warehouses.
▪ Develop customs documentation and support documents for international supply chain orders.
▪ Update monthly data to support inventory reconciliation process.
▪ Develop and update weekly and monthly reports used for metrics and order management.
▪ Monitor and process daily receipts for the supply chain group.
▪ Support inventory management and replenishment strategies with data creation and analysis.
▪ Interact with cross-functional teams to resolve reporting and operational issues.
▪ Special project work for process improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:
▪ At least 1 year experience with administrative work
▪ Ability to work 16-24 hours a week
▪ At least a Junior status if undergraduate
▪ Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize work to meet established deadlines
▪ Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Advanced Excel skills preferable.
▪ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
