• Maintains an online inventory of supplies and is fully responsible for determining minimum stock levels.
• Reviews requisitions and revises quantities ordered based on the number of items on hand, and orders substitutions when items are not available.
• Receives, verifies, and signs shipping documents for all merchandise acquired and is responsible for verifying the quantity and condition of merchandise ordered against purchase documents.
• Investigates and reconciles discrepancies relating to actions such as receipt control, stock control, and inventory adjustments.

• Serves as the primary contact for all transportation inventory and operations.
• Ensures compliance with transportation directives and regulations pertaining to services, and related travel and administrative duties.
• Plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and evaluates the work of transportation programs by ensuring operations are in compliance with federal, state, and local statutes, rules, and regulations.
• Researches transportation policy and regulations to provide specific and accurate information to customers.
• Develops recommendations on project scope, schedule, or cost changes for contractual actions involving CMS transportation.

• You will be responsible for the validation of inventory and financial management transactions related to inventory management.
• You will analyze requirements and prepare estimates of funds needed.
• You will review program generated replenishment packages and determine if stock levels are deficient.
• You will prepare and submit Allowance Change Requests (ACRs) with supporting justification on those items for which an allowance change is warranted.
• You will maintain custody records of material loaned to activities for emergency requirements (in-flight spares).

• You will construct and repair supply, shipping, and storage containers of various sizes.
• You will cut boards or sheets of wood into specific lengths.
• You will use power tools and machines such as nailing machines, banding and strapping devices, power saws, drills, drill presses, preset table and radial straws.
• You will pack and repack items using accepted packing containers, materials, devices, methods and techniques.
• You will custom pack various items that cannot be fitted into containers of standard size.

• Allocates space, budget and personnel resources within the divison.
• Monitors measure of effectiveness for the processing functions, ensuring all client services order transactions are processed within time frame goals.
• Develops and implements long range plans for the Distribution Division with consideration given to optimum space utilization and efficiencies in order processing and agency client usage.
• Performs liaison duties with other outside organizations, including Public and Private.
• Attends and/or conducts periodic formal and informal meetings with management and staff.

• Serves as principal advisor to the Director of IHS and other IHS officials. Routinely collaborates with IHS officials at all levels of the Agency regarding- property and supply functions.
• Responsible for the development of new policies, methods and procedures to improve the property and supply management program.
• Advises and provides counsel to DAM staff regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
• Conducts training to IHS Areas and Tribes in accordance with existing public laws as appropriate.
• Responsible for ensuring the Agency complies with all applicable statutes, laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and standards.

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate job opening for an ADAS Calibration Technician to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to:  Perform static and dynamic ADAS Calibrations on foreign, domestic and EV (electric) vehicles  and troubleshoot complex calibration repairs. Test drive vehicles after repairs and adequately explain ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning needs; to include collision repair center personnel, insurance adjusters, and direct customers. Complete pre and post scans with OE and/or aftermarket tools and more.
