Our client is looking for a Welder to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working hours are Monday – Thursday / 07:00 – 16:45.
Our client is a well established manufacturing company specialising in working on Pressure Vessells.
Job duties-
• Responsible for welding sub-assemblies and pressure equipment using various welding. techniques on high integrity pressure equipment.
• Achieving a high success rate on any NDT welds.
• Achieving manufacturing hours and deadlines are achieved to meet the customers’ needs.
• Ensuring you will become part of the right first-time culture.
• Adherence to all Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Ensuring high levels of quality and workmanship are maintained.
• Supporting other departments in the manufacture of products.
• Completion of all paperwork to maintain complete traceability.
• Slinging and lifting large components.
The ideal caniddiate-
• Will have experince working on Pressure vessels.
• Radiographic and ultrasonic tested welds.
• Stainless steel experince.
• Welding in 2G position and to weld procedures.
• Manufacturing to engineering drawings.
• Pipe welding.
• Open root welding.
Desirables skills-
• Experience working with Inconel.
• Experience using MMA.
• Experience using SAW.
