As a Realty Specialist, you will:

• Provides real estate services to acquire, manage, and dispose of real property rights and assets for both maintenance and construction of the BPA Transmission System and the Fish and Wildlife Program.
• Devises innovative approaches to negotiate compensation or other terms of contracts, leases, and agreements for complex and unique properties, right-of-way or relocation issues, or environmental concerns
• Plans, develops, implements, interprets policy for, and administers property management and disposal for a wide range of routine and complex real property cases.
• Provides extensive courthouse real estate research including ownership, land rights, property descriptions, zoning, land use planning, etc.
• When assigned, serves as the primary Real Property Services support for BPA's Tribal Affairs and BPA's Wireless Program.

• Perform a variety of work involving planning and coordinating the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Plan and conduct simulations to determine capacity requirements and recommend hardware/software replacements or upgrades to meet current and future requirements.
• Develop and implement migration strategies and plan for continuity of operations during the deployment of new server technology.
• Perform a variety of work involving planning, installation, configuration, testing, implementation, and management of the systems environment in support of the organization's IT architecture and business needs.
• Lead a major operating systems project, e.g., installation of new operating environments or implementation of new operating systems patches, upgrades, and releases.

• Support financial systems planning and performs analytical work involving designing, adapting, modifying, installing, operating, and testing financial accounting systems.
• Analyze, coordinate, and manage requests to add, update, or inactivate financial data elements and descriptions.
• Support consumers of financial information through common self-service strategy, governance, and change management practices for financial information in support of business intelligence applications.
• Analyze financial data issues and facilitate and document their resolution.
• Provide advice to program officials, accountants, budget analysts, and others on interpretation of directives and policies pertinent to financial data management and the data change request process.
• Identify new financial information requirements as business events evolve and integrates those requirements into the financial information suite.
