- Provides technical support to HR Specialist performing centralized work in HR information systems.
- Performs information system related functions such as: resetting passwords; granting or removing system access; assigning roles; locating missing information; entering data into information systems; collecting information from the field.
- Updates and/or maintains HR information systems guidance and material maintained on internal and external websites.
- Conducts audits of existing files and data bases.
- Serves as point of contact and provide technical assistance to the field in resolving system problems as they relate to the operation of the automated HR systems, such as those pertaining to system access, account creation, activation, coding.
