A Client Support Administrator will be part of our wider sales team contributing to the generation and management of new and existing business. They must be highly motivated, organised and have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a team environment. Reporting to our Contracts Manager the full time, permanent role incorporates administration surrounding the day-to-day management of our client base at various touch points throughout their contract with us.
Location: Head Office in Garngoch, Swansea, SA4 4LL.
Average Weekly Hours: 40
Main Duties:
- Assisting the front-line sales team with the generation of new business and ongoing management of existing business
- Client Account Set Up and administration support
- Working with the client and front-line sales team to renew business
- Managing clients' accounts throughout the life-cycle dealing and assisting them with any queries or reporting required
Required Aptitude, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivated in achieving high levels of customer service and sales targets
- Strong communicator with confident audio and video call manner and excellent written skills * Interest in learning and using multiple software systems
- Flexible, helpful, approachable, adaptable, reliable - this role will liaise with all other teams within Day's Fleet
- Confident in contributing to regular internal and external Teams meetings
- Highly organised with ability to multitask
- Ability to communicate and connect with employees, suppliers and management and take direction but also take the initiative when required
- Work well within a small team whilst also being self-motivated
- Reacting to workload and using initiative to manage several tasks at once * Be numerate when working with business tasks
- A knowledge and interest in vehicles is desirable but not essential
