The Sales Assistant performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties that are necessary to run the sales and marketing department efficiently. Routine administrative support is required in terms of organizing files, editing documentation, drafting letters and client communication, preparing documents/forms, answering phones, typing, scanning, copying, invoicing, quotation, and supporting staff.
Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of word processing software; spreadsheet software; order processing.
Ability to work proficiently independently as well as in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices and the aptitude to learn quickly
