As a INDUSTRIAL SECURITY SPECIALIST you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide advice to agency subject matter experts for all matters relating to international and SAP security programs.
• Support field security vulnerability assessments of foreign industrial security programs, participate in the oversight of cleared freight forwarders, oversee/conduct access briefings and debriefings.
• Support NATO security program, process outgoing visit requests for cleared US industry employees, verify foreign Facility Security Clearances (FSC), and process requests for Limited Access Authorizations (LAA).
• Support security assessments of SAP contracts, process personnel access nominations/conduct revalidation's, administer initial/annual training of agency personnel; coordinate actions with field personnel/Program Security Officers.

As a SUPERVISORY INVESTIGATOR you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Plans, directs, operates, and controls an investigative area of responsibility that includes security actions, supervisory inquiries, or special investigations.
- Plans, directs, operates, controls, and evaluates the operations of a Field Office.
- Assign and manage work assignments and appropriately addressing/resolving subordinate needs/concerns.
- Coordinating investigative activities and maintaining contacts with groups and individuals involved in security and suitability investigations.
- Oversees mentoring-Conduct and direct investigations; security actions; supervisory inquiries; or special investigations of unusual complexity and scope.
- Coordinate investigative activities by establishing and maintaining contact with groups and individuals involved in security and suitability investigations in the assigned geographic area.

All U.S. Citizens who reside or currently employed in the MCB Quantico local commuting area, which includes the Virginia counties of Albemarle, Arlington, Caroline, Chesterfield, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Greene, Hanover, Henrico, King George, Loudoun, Louisa, Madison, Orange, Prince William, Spotsylvania and Stafford Counties, and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Manassas, Manassas Park, and Richmond; Maryland counties of Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, Frederick, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's and Saint Mary's; District of Columbia; and all cities existing in Virginia or Maryland within the geographic area bounded by the outer boundaries of the combined areas of the aforementioned counties.


As a PROGRAM ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support leadership in defining and implementing acquisition strategies

As the senior advisor for business transformation, the incumbent advises the Director, DCSA, on potential areas for improvement, identifies patterns, and documents interrelationships. Incumbent applies process improvement methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall agency performance.

The incumbent performs a variety of duties including the following:

Business process redesign and transformation
Analyze complex business systems to identify patterns, interrelationships, and potential areas for improvement. Analyze current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies.

Oversee the agency change management capability. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of change and instill a culture of continuous improvement.

Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute transformation strategies that align with agency goals and enhance operational effectiveness.

Lead and manage BTO workforce and operations to facilitate the Agency's mission.

Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define operational challenges, propose data-driven solutions, implement change initiatives, and ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in.

Technical Guidance and Mentorship
Prepare and present reports to senior management on transformation progress and outcomes. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable insights.

Quality and Performance
Monitor progress and performance metrics to assess the impact of transformation efforts.

Oversees the agency's High Impact Service Provider (HISP) program. Conducts comprehensive assessments of agency high-impact services, measures their customer experience maturity, and identifies actions to improve service delivery.

Documentation and compliance
Comply with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) and internal controls requirements to maximize the potential for successful financial statement audits and improve the agency's financial management operations.

Innovation and Improvement
Apply process improvement methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall agency performance.

Monitor progress and performance metrics to assess the impact of transformation efforts.

As a SUPERVISORY INSIDER THREAT INVESTIGATIONS ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide metrics programs to measure operational effectiveness, compliance and risk
• Utilize data analytic tools to analyze large datasets, generate insights, and produce detailed reports and trend analysis for performance improvement
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and implementing strategies to optimize processes
• Lead initiatives to standardize data formats and KPI's across DITMAC
• Manage large-scale projects to improve performance, involving system upgrades, process improvements, or new KPI reporting
