Scope / Purpose of Role:

The Quality Controller is responsible for carrying out checks to ensure that all products are produced to the relevant specifications and quality standards and that this is done by following the correct company procedures to ensure that the site food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.

Key Result Areas:

• Ensure that all start up checks have been carried out by production team BEFORE production line is permitted to commence, and that any issues raised have been reported to relevant department
• Visually inspect that production area and machinery are hygienically clean before production commences

Scope / Purpose of Role:

This role is being advertised following an internal promotion in the team. The Senior Process Technologist reports to the Process Development Manager as part of the Development Team, with no Direct Reports. The main purpose of the role is to create food that is safe and attractive to customers – primarily taking product from concept handover to launch, planning the large-scale manufacture of fresh, smoked and added-value products, designing processes for our production teams that enable efficient production within the regulatory framework, administrative duties – keeping relevant NPD documentation/paperwork up to date. Main Duties:

Purpose of Role:

The Engineering Stores Co-ordinator is a key role within the Engineering Department. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that engineering stockholdings are suitable and sufficient for the emergent, short, and medium term needs of the department. This purpose extends to wider requirements such as ensuring that procurement is cost effective and ensuring that stores records are accurate and up to date. Working on a continuous shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off (4 days dayshift, 4 days off, 4 nights nightshift, 4 days off, 4 days dayshift and so on).

Responsibilities:

• Working within the team as a supervisor of the engineering stores and stores laydown areas on behalf of Mowi CPUK, maintaining the stores and laydown areas in line with 5S principles

• Operating any required computer systems as required in the pursuit of their purpose. This includes the engineering maintenance management system

• Raising spend approvals as required in the pursuit of their purpose

• Ordering spare parts and stock as required in pursuit of their purpose

• Monitoring and reporting slow moving / obsolete / obsolescent parts on a monthly basis

• Acting as first point of contact for visitors ensuring that queries are managed in a highly professional manner
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls and handle general enquiries

We are looking for an assistant technician to join our engineering nightshift team and carry out important duties to support the maintaining and cleaning of our production lines throughout the night.

You will need to be capable of performing equipment strip downs and re-builds so hands on engineering experience would be an advantage for any prospective candidate.

The role holder reports directly to the production support Engineering Manager, this is a constant nightshift position, working from 18.00 to 06.25 on a 4on - 4 off shift pattern.

Purpose of Role:

To co-ordinate effectively Mowi’s Packaging Store and Distribution operations in order to provide an efficient turn round of orders which meet agreed aims and targets, together with the control of stock. Nature and Scope

It includes general responsibility for all warehouse buildings, surrounding areas & all functions carried out within the Stores locations

The role has responsibility for developing team members.This includes identifying development needs and supplying the learning of new skills and competencies to meet team aims and individual objectives

It is expected that the role will involve hands on activity. Along with the other supervising colleagues, the role has wider implicit responsibilities for the successful achievement of Mowi’s overall aims

Key Areas:

• Receiving/Put-Away: Unload inbound deliveries safely and move product to storage locations

• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using different types of MHE

• Ensure all incoming packaging and dry goods meet company standards, required specifications and purchase order quantities

• Ensure all incoming product is counted, checked and recorded on internal stock control system

• Ensure accurate recording and labelling of stored products

• Security and rotation for packaging and dry goods stock

• Maintain effective stock management system and reporting

• Maintains inventory by conducting weekly / monthly physical counts; reporting & reconciling variances; inputting data
