Senior Network Analyst
We are recruiting for a Senior Network Analyst to join a large, well-respected organisation on a permanent basis. You will directly supporting the Network Manager and be a vital part of the Telecoms team to ensure that all information and communication facilities are available for use by the organisations users and staff.
The RoleAs the Senior Network Analyst, you will be directly working with the Network Manager and the Telecoms team to analyse and diagnose complex technical problems with existing systems, as well as act as the escalation point for any major incidents.
You must have an understanding of the network architectures, firewalling and cloud networking (Azure).
Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with 3rd party partners, users, staff and IT Solutions. You will be mentoring the Network Analyst and Network Engineer in the team to collaboratively support with providing network solutions and allocate duties during projects. You will be a great team player, good communicator and have the right attitude to support such a well-valued organisation.
What the organisation look for

• Customer support experience with ability to solve tickets and provide hands-on support where needed
• Ability to support a large network environment
• Cisco
• Firewall management and configuration experience
• Updating, managing and troubleshooting of two or more of the following major vendors; Palo Alto, Fortinet and Cisco ASA
• Understanding of cloud networking (Azure)
• Must hold a valid UK Drivers License due to the occasional travel (any travel is expensed)

HAYS are currently recruiting an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team at a leading M&E Contractor business based in Poole. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial and contractual elements of M&E projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of M&E projects, including procurement, cost management, and risk management.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure that all commercial and contractual requirements are met.
• Provide regular reports on project performance for senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of M&E contracting and commercial management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Your new company
I am recruiting for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join the team in a small, family-orientated residential home in Poole. Our client provides specialist support to adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours and Autism. The role is 42 hours per week on a rota basis and includes working weekends.
Your new role
As a Senior Support Worker, your job is to lead a team of support workers and ensure the smooth running of each shift. You will be required to record accurate information in care plans, assist with medication, organise rotas and provide a high standard of person-centred care, including assisting with personal care duties. You will also support with financial budget management and liaise with the management team.What you'll need to succeed
You will already have experience working as a Senior Support Worker, ideally with a Level 3 Health & Social Care Certificate. You must be motivated, punctual, flexible, reliable and a strong team leader with leadership skills. You must have a strong understanding of the Autism Spectrum. A full UK licence and own transport is essential. This role would also suit someone who is looking for that next step in their career to progress into a senior role.
