Your new role
You'll play a key part delivering, maintaining and developing the University's central IT infrastructure, ranging from servers, desktops, network applications such as identity management, email, data storage and backup, network and telecommunication services and general infrastructure security. You'll be managing a team of 12 technical engineers across Infrastructure Engineering, Network Engineering and AV Technology.
If successful, you'll be working on the workstreams below:

• Migration to Oracle databases
• Implementing new cloud-based web content management systems

• Implementation of Core/Distribution/Edge network hardware and associated software

Essential requirements:

• Experience delivering infrastructure services within a Higher Education environment

• Application of ITIL

Your new role

Over seeing a team of 5, you will lead the team in ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to and that all Employee Relation cases are handled in a timely manner and in line with company SLA's. You will ensure that all cases are logged and processes are followed in the correct way, along with follow-ups, recommendations and next steps advised. This will involve all levels, from disciplinaries to grievances, performance, absence, sickness, as well as managing TUPE and Redundancies. You will ensure that stakeholder and shareholder relationships are maintained and that the HR strategy is delivered.This is an extremely busy and fast-paced role and requires a candidate with experience of working in multidisciplined and matrix organisations.

Due to continued successful growth within the Major Risks and Corporate division, they are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager with Global or Major risks experience.

Your new role
Your new job working as an Account Manager means you will work across a small number of large Corporate and Global clients managing the day-to-day servicing responsibilities and renewal process. They key aspect of this role is in managing the client relationship and network co-ordination.This role will include providing day-to-day servicing of Global clients' insurance programs and support to the Account Executives and New Business Executives in overall policy servicing, client retention, and business development. Managing all renewals and adjustments as well as obtaining quotations for both new and renewal business. You will also prepare client and market documentation, check policy documentation and provide policy documentation to clients. Identifying risk exposures and advise on insurance and risk management solutions in consultation with your senior colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as an Account Manager, Account Handler Senior Account handler
with multinational or Global client experience large multinational or Global accounts handling premiums of £500,000 an above will contribute to your success in securing this role.
