Job Title: Bartender / Mixologist (ID4624)
Location: Near Bencoolen MRT
Working Hours: 5 days, 44 hours per days
Salary: $3000-$4000
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, from classic favorites to innovative and signature creations, using precise measurements, creative techniques, and a keen eye for presentation.
• Interact with guests warmly, offering a personalized experience, taking orders, and providing beverage recommendations tailored to individual preferences.
• Ensure all beverages meet or exceed the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency, consistently delighting guests with exceptional drinks.
• Manage bar setup, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, while efficiently operating bar equipment and handling cash transactions.
• Collaborate with the Head of Beverages and culinary team to pair cocktails with food offerings for special events and promotions.
• Collaborate in the development and enhancement of the cocktail menu by suggesting new creations, participating in menu tastings, and staying informed about beverage trends to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying the legal drinking age and monitoring guest alcohol consumption.
• Keep track of beverage inventory, assist with stock ordering, and perform regular stocktakes to minimize wastage and maintain adequate supplies.
• Ensure that equipment and services are always in top operational condition
• Skillfully manage POS systems, cashless devices, and delivery platform devices.
• Accurately tally sales and cash at the close of each day.
Requirements:
• Proven 2 – 3 years’ experience as a bartender/mixologist in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
• Proficiency in mixology techniques, cocktail preparation, and presentation.
• Knowledge of a wide range of spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends.
• A passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
