What will you be doing as an Internal Sales:
Working in a busy office, you will be dealing with a variety of existing and lapsed customers as well as warm leads within their specialist sector. Duties will include:
* Working closely with businesses regarding the supply of technology based products the customers require on an ongoing basis
* Dealing with existing and lapsed customers as well as calling new customers who have been in touch to request prices and products
* Taking and processing orders
* Creating and following up on quotes
* Developing customer relationships to develop the business further
* Liaising with head office regarding stock availability and product marketing
* Calling new customers who have been in touch via the website to discuss their requirements and win the business
* Following up on mailshots or leads to find out if a customer requires products
* Liaising with field based reps as required
The role does not involve cold calling.
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in a similar business to business account manager, internal sales or sales administration role
* Experience in a technology based sector such as IT or electronics would be interesting
* You're comfortable using Excel, Word and Outlook
* You're highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills
* You're enthusiastic and resilient.

* A salary of £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
* Commission scheme based on individual performance vs budgets and can be around £4,000 to £5,500 a year
