What will you be doing as a Senior Third Party Claims Handler:
You will be managing a portfolio of claims, whilst providing excellent service to policy holders throughout the claim. Emphasis is on proactive claim handling and delivering an excellent customer service experience. Duties will include:
· Providing point of contact for any incoming broker query or complaints and ensuring these are actioned as appropriate
· Ensuring timely allocation of tasks within department, company and FCA guidelines.
· Managing the policyholders full expectations
· Keeping Brokers and Policyholders fully updated throughout the claim
· Managing complaints with confidence with minimum assistance from team leader and manager
· Coaching and mentoring staff providing the relevant training as part of that role
· Providing support and advice to junior staff daily
· Monitoring the departments workload, prioritising junior staff tasks and ensuring no backlog develops
· Assisting with team/department reports and audits in absence of more Senior Claim Handlers

Your role as a Recruitment Coordinator

· Build relationships: Effectively communicate with both clients and candidates, acting as the first point of contact for our candidates
· Working closely with our team of established Recruitment Consultants
· Interviewing candidates both face-to-face and via our online video platform
· Supporting with the supply of candidates for both specialist roles and volume campaigns on behalf of our clients
· Working to time sensitive deadlines
· Writing job adverts and dealing with responses on a daily basis
· Developing the skills and ability to source candidates through various methods
· Managing and maintaining a database of candidates, ensuring candidates are contacted about relevant and suitable roles
· Supporting with the overall running of the branch, including but not limited to; stationary orders and post
· Supporting the team with any internal audits relating to Reference Checks, Right to Work documents and Candidate Packs
· Proactively source for new business and existing business leads to be passed to the Recruitment Consultants

What will you be doing as a Senior Third Party Claims Handler:
You will be managing a portfolio of claims, whilst providing excellent service to policy holders throughout the claim. Emphasis is on proactive claim handling and delivering an excellent customer service experience. Duties will include:
· Providing point of contact for any incoming broker query or complaints and ensuring these are actioned as appropriate
· Ensuring timely allocation of tasks within department, company and FCA guidelines.
· Managing the policyholders' full expectations
· Keeping Brokers and Policyholders fully updated throughout the claim
· Managing complaints with confidence with minimum assistance from team leader and manager
· Coaching and mentoring staff providing the relevant training as part of that role
· Providing support and advice to junior staff daily
· Monitoring the departments workload, prioritising junior staff tasks and ensuring no backlog develops
· Assisting with team/department reports and audits in absence of more Senior Claim Handlers

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
· Strong previous experience in a similar Senior Claims Handler role with handling 3rd party claims
· The proven ability to train and mentor junior staff
· Either hold a CII Certificate or willing to work towards this
· Dip CII would be advantageous but not essential
· Confident negotiate with the ability to influence outcomes
· Strong customer care skills with active listening skills
· General skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
