Customer Resolutions Executive

At Manpower we have a great opportunity for someone with a strong, supportive customer service background with experience resolving consumer complaints and queries to join the team of one of our well-established automotive clients based in Milton Keynes.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations in line with FCA complaint handling rules and company guidance.
• Keep customers informed throughout the complaint process using the complaint management system.
• Utilise the complaints system for accurate reporting and enable Root Cause Analysis.
• Collaborate with departments (Legal & Compliance) to ensure obligations are met for fair customer outcomes.
• Maintain high standards in customer communications reflecting brand values.
• Manage complex complaints, including those from vulnerable customers and social media escalations, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform Quality Assurance on Subject Access Requests (SARs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection.

Qualifications & Experience

• Essential: Full PC literacy, proven stakeholder management, ability to meet strict deadlines, and understanding of TCF, FCA, and FOS regulations. Experience in a complaints environment, preferably in financial services.

This role is a temporary assignment currently until mid next year.

The hours are based around Monday - Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM working a 35-hour week paying £12.75 per hour.

Digital Sales Executive

The Digital Sales Executive is a sales role dedicated to securing business from existing and prospective Contract Hire customers in both private and corporate sectors (selling both regulated and unregulated finance) by making pro-active outbound calls with the aim of building effective customer relationships, increasing renewals, promoting and upselling Value Added Products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Use a blended approach of telephony-based sales strategies and techniques, and digital communication to achieve sales
• Follow up on digital leads in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLA's) with the aim to convert sales to the agreed targets
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Business User and Customer's needs by using insight from the customer contract and product knowledge to present appropriate solutions as part of a broader up sell conversation
• Add value at every customer touch point and ensure customers receive appropriate information to make informed decisions whilst maximising business opportunities to sell the features and benefits of our products
• Action contract changes and keep data integrity at a high standard
• Place orders with our Retailer network in order to ensure replacement vehicles are ordered and delivered in accordance to the customer expectation
• Identify Master Lease Agreement and fleet service opportunities and ensure these are handed to the Corporate Sales Managers
• Respond to leads from Client Services Advisors or other areas of the business
• Use Management Information (MI) and own judgement to identify opportunities for call backs or renewals and diarise call backs appropriately
• Manage general sales administration efficiently to ensure maximum time available in generating sales with customers

Experience:

• A sound knowledge of finance, Contract Hire, leasing products and services
• Experience of operating in an FCA regulated environment
• Previous experience in telephone account, sales or telesales roles
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong customer services focus; passionate about good customer outcomes

Senior Purchasing Advisor

Manpower current have a great opportunity to join the lovely team of one of our large, established, automotive clients situated within Milton Keynes as a Senior Purchasing Advisor.

The role is based within the fleet department who facilitate the order and delivery of new vehicles whilst building customer and supplier relationships, so previous experience operating within this sector would be very advantageous.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate time management, excellent customer service and have a dynamic, inquisitive, and curious personality. Equally you'll have advanced data management and process review experience as this will form part of the role, as well as being comfortable supporting the existing team leader/manager in delegating tasks to ensure SLA's are met within the wider team.

Main responsibilities:

• Communication with Customers and Vehicle Suppliers to identify vehicle requirements
• Liaising with nominated dealers/obtaining quotations and issuing vehicle purchase orders.
• Progressing vehicle orders weekly, keeping systems and customers updated
• Liaison between dealer and customer to arrange new vehicle delivery
• Payment of supplier vehicle invoices
• Ensuring reporting is conducted and kept up to date
• Responsible for a wide range of administrative duties and inter departmental activities
• Producing weekly/monthly business and third party reports and manipulating data into presentable formats
• Support the team manager with prioritisation of workload/tasks to ensure agreed SLA's are met, both personally and for the team

Experience:

• Existing knowledge of automotive products and other manufacturers
• Understanding of fleet leasing solutions
• Data management experience including reviewing processes and reporting whilst proposing efficiency's and process enhancements when identified
• Advanced MS Excel/Data Manipulation skillset, including functions such as vlookup, pivot tables, summary tables and charts and interactive report pack decks
• A team player with the ability to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines
• Confident and customer-focused in communicating both by telephone and face to face.

This is a temporary contract until at least the end of December 2024 with the possibility of ongoing extension. You would be working on site 35 hours per week, 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday with a pay rate of £14.53 per hour.

Fleet Executive

Here at Manpower, we have a wonderful opportunity for someone with fleet management experience to join the amazing team of one of our well-established automotive clients based in Milton Keynes.
The primary purpose of the role will be to support the Stock and Supply Manager with the development and management of all fleet processes associated with Mobility Services and Rent-a-Car products.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Fleet Manager in loading vehicles monthly into the rental system, ensuring attention to detail is always applied.
• Manage and monitor the loading and defleeting of daily rental vans onto the rental system for location use.
• Manage and complete the monthly fleet location audit procedure for our rental locations, escalating when appropriate.
• Own and complete the fines management process daily, liaising with rental locations for appropriate documents where necessary and raising invoices to recover funds.
• Support the Stock & Supply Manager with booking the vehicle logistics movements with our suppliers.
• Own and manage the Fleet shared mailboxes, providing timely, co-operative responses in a professional manner.

Experience:

• Rental Experience within automotive industry (Essential)
• Fleet management experience (Essential)
• Experience of de-fleet management and producing management information (Desirable)
• Good Vehicle brand knowledge and feature (Desirable)

This is a ongoing temporary position, based 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) in the office.

Fleet Finance Executive

At Manpower we have another exciting opportunity for someone within the Finance sector to join the wonderful team of one of our Automotive Clients based in Milton Keynes.

The primary purpose of the role will be to support the with numerous financial processes, including processing purchase orders, invoicing, monitoring budgets and spend, and some credit control support will be required.

This analytical role will require reconciliation work and customer finance management, with direct contact with customers, key stakeholders and internal departments.

Main responsibilities:

• Raising Purchase Orders for services due to be incurred
• Monitoring spends against set budgets and cost centres
• Processing invoices against purchase orders
• Creating invoices.
• To support with Month End activities including processing invoicing and performing spot checks for accuracy of information
• To perform monthly reconciliations for key accounts, verifying accuracy of information
• Investigating any finance queries, working with internal stakeholders to find a resolution for key accounts and corporate customers.
• To pull reports from the rental system and send these regularly to the relevant stakeholders as a back-up for the required Finance information
• To run pre-existing reports following a set process document.

Experience/ Skill set required:

• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to develop and sustain positive and co-operative working relationships with a broad variety of internal and external partners
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and communication skills

Rental Operations Executive

Reporting to the Rental Operations Analyst, the key purpose of this role is to assist with preparing and delivering management information to key stakeholders within the business providing reporting and analysis which is reliable, adds value, is easy to interpret and articulates a clear story which drives and informs leadership action.

Main Responsibilities:

• To take ownership of Month End activities for the Rent-a-Car Operations Department including processing invoicing and performing spot checks for accuracy of information
• To complete data collection and entry into a reporting template.
• To assist the Rental Operations Analyst with completing data analysis for the program and pulling together Location Information packs for key stakeholders of the business
• To pull reports from our rental system and send these regularly to the relevant stakeholders
• To create and manage Location Agreements on the rental system
• To manage dedicated email inboxes and respond to queries.
• To contribute to the Reporting & Administration team by covering tasks which contribute to the smooth running of the department
• To answer general incoming queries into the department via phone or email
• To assist the Rental Operations Analyst with ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department

Experience/ Skills required:

• Experience working with data and providing senior management information
• Liaising with stakeholders
• Customer service experience within Automotive industry desirable
