£11.44 per hour and after 12 weeks hourly rate will rise to £12.30 per hour.
- The role is full-time (37 hour per week).
- This role is office-based role and requires you to be onsite in Wearside House, Riverside Place, Freemans Reach, Durham, DH1 1SL
We are looking for a positive, flexible, and customer-focused individual to join our busy call centre as a Customer Service Advisor.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for working with other team members to ensure that we meet our customer service goals.
The role is full-time (37 hours per week). There are part time shift options available (27.5 hours per week). Shift Pattern to cover the following working hours: 5 days out of 7, between 8am-8pm Monday- Friday and between 8am- 6pm Saturday-Sunday. Weekend working is required, and shift pattern will be discussed during your video interview.
There may be opportunities for hybrid working but subject to availability and performance standards.

What we are looking for:
Ideally you will have worked in a customer service role before, but if this is your first role or a career change don't worry as we provide all the training and support, you'll need.
At a minimum you should have:
- A positive attitude and a can-do spirit
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to new situations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
