Working as part of the senior management team for the Kent & Medway NHS Talking Therapies Service you will be responsible for leading on data informed operational and performance best practice whilst maintaining contractual reporting and submissions. With support from the wider talking therapies data team you will be managing dedicated data administrators and analyst within the service to ensure robust reporting, data quality and effective management of the service. You will contribute towards the improvement of patient journeys and experience through continual development of data analysis, primarily through the use of PowerBI supported by IT.
