Documentation and Compliance Record Keeping: Maintain clear, comprehensive, signed, and contemporaneous records in line with Surrey Downs Health & Care procedures. Policy Adherence: Ensure that all policies, procedures, and standards of care are adhered to consistently. Supervision and Mentoring: Act as a mentor and assessor to both qualified and unqualified staff, supporting their professional development. Professional Development Knowledge Update: Keep up-to-date with all aspects of clinical practice and act as a resource for other staff members.
